ON-SITE CATERING OPTIONS

Events are seamless with all food and beverage provided by our chefs and catering staff. Our culinary teams offer a variety of menu styles and themes and work one-on-one to create personalized menus for every type of event.

As members of Vermont Fresh Network, we focus on each season’s bounty and with award-winning wine lists and specialty cocktail menus, we are prepared for any type of beverage and bar set up.

TYPICAL FOOD AND BEVERAGE COSTS

Our dinner packages range from $65 to $85 and up per person. A fixed open bar (call level spirits) lasting 5 hours for guests over 21 years of age runs $60 per person. Specialty liquors such as single malt scotches, bourbons, cordials, etc. may be included for an additional price per consumption. Dinner wine and a champagne toast are available at an additional per person fee.

REHEARSAL DINNERS
Themed buffets such as a Barbecue, Clambake, or Vermont Localvore Feast, can be arranged for

$50 and up per person.

COCKTAIL HOURS / WELCOME RECEPTIONS
We can arrange separate informal gatherings with a selection of stationary or passed hot and cold hors d’oeuvres from $12 to $20 and up per person.

LATE NIGHT GATHERINGS
A variety of evening gatherings can be planned, from S’Mores by the outdoor fire to a snack buffet

for late arrivals for appox. $8 to $15 per person.

BREAKFAST / MORNING AFTER BRUNCH
A full breakfast for guests of Dorset Inn and Barrows House is included in our room rates. If you would like to include all wedding guests, we would be happy to discuss options for a private brunch for $39 and up per person.

BAR OPTIONS
Except where noted, prices do not include alcohol. A range of options can be arranged, from a

limited selection of beers and wine to an open bar featuring specialty cocktails.
